Green Starkville is working to make a positive impact on the health of our community and its people. We strive to promote a culture of green living in Starkville and the surrounding areas. It is our hope that this healthy lifestyle will radiate out into north Mississippi and beyond.

As an organization, Green Starkville encourages community education and service. We provide opportunities and resources for individuals and organizations to learn more about the environment and local green efforts. We believe that by providing this information we are helping our members take action, we are fostering progress in our neighborhoods, and we are supporting healthier and greener lifestyles for everyone involved.

There are a number of healthy living movements going on in Starkville. Our community has a strong network of local and student organizations that share similar missions. Together, we are working to build a strong and thriving coalition that will serve our community and support our citizens.
